Nwabunike, who described the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF), as having “come to stay”, said there was the need for a full “collabo” with the freight forwarding group.

He listed the challenges confronting goods clearing business as traffic gridlock, unauthorized high charges by port operatives, among others, as issues to be addressed with NAGAFF.

He commended his hosts as an assemblage of freight forwarding professionals.

Earlier, the NAGAFF President, Chief Increase Uche, had described Nwabunike’s visit with his high-powered team as an epoch-making event and hoped that a synergy would be cemented between the two groups.

The two associations are currently locked in a closed-door meeting after which the media would be briefed on the outcome.
